About this course.

Financial modelling and IFRS are the two languages of corporate finance in most of the world. This course teaches both together: how to build a clean, auditable three-statement model in Excel, and how the main IFRS standards change the numbers that go into it.

You will apply modelling standards used by banks and Big Four firms, practise the Excel functions that analysts rely on, and work through IFRS 15 revenue, IFRS 16 leases and IFRS 9 expected credit losses with numerical examples. The course closes with discounted cash flow valuation, budgeting and scenario analysis.

Who this is for

  • Finance analysts, FP&A professionals and accountants preparing for international roles
  • ACCA, CIMA and CFA candidates who want applied practice
  • Consultants and founders who build business cases

Skills this certificate proves: Financial modelling (Advanced), IFRS (Proficient), Excel (Advanced), Budgeting and forecasting (Proficient).
