Terms of use.

Walnut LMS is an online learning platform operated by Walnut DataTech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“Walnut Data Tech”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, creates an account, enrols in a course or teaches on the platform.

By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the platform and to make any purchase.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• An account is for one person. Sharing an account or course access with others is not allowed.

When you enrol, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and use the course for your own learning. Each course page shows how long access lasts: either lifetime access, meaning for as long as the course is offered on Walnut LMS, or a set number of days from enrolment.

Instructors may update a course to keep it accurate, which can include adding, changing or removing lessons. Live class times may occasionally change; we'll tell enrolled learners in advance where we can.

Certificates are issued when you complete every lesson in a course that offers one. A certificate shows completion of the course; it is not a degree or a government-recognised qualification unless the course page says otherwise.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We don't see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown when you apply them, such as an expiry date, a limit on uses or a specific course. We may withdraw a coupon at any time, but this won't affect an order already paid.

You'll get access as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a receipt by email and in Payments in your account. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

When you use the platform, including discussions, reviews, assignments and help-desk tickets, you agree not to:

• copy, download, record, resell or share course content, except where a lesson is offered as a download for your own use;
• post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
• submit work that isn't your own, or help others to do so;
• try to get around access controls, test the platform's security without permission, or disrupt it for others.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it's fair to do so, we'll tell you why first.

Course materials belong to Walnut Data Tech or the instructor who created them. The Walnut name and logo are our trade marks.

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as assignments, posts and reviews. You give us permission to store and display it on the platform so the service can work, for example showing your review on a course page or sharing your assignment with the instructor who grades it.

We work to keep the platform available and the courses accurate, but we can't promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a course will lead to a particular job or result.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be limited.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@walnutdatatech.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering a course you paid for with lifetime access, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to finish or download what you can.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the platform before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve a concern with you directly first; please contact us before taking any formal step.
